Frimpeks is an international company, developing and supplying an extensive range of UV inks and coatings to customers in the label and packaging industries. This is in addition to its label laminate coating operation that manufactures in 4 countries and sells into more than 70 countries globally. The company as a whole employs 300+ employees and has a global turnover in excess of €200m.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ink & Coatings Sales Professional to lead the UK sales development and to provide technical support to UK/European customers. Based in Market Harborough, UK, Frimpeks has recently installed a “state of the art” laboratory and ink blending facility to compliment the 20000T ink manufacturing facility in Istanbul, Turkey. The Frimpeks UK Inks Sales Manager will lead the sales development of UV curable products for the UK & European label and packaging market sector and provide technical support to customers, manufacturing sites and the sales team.

Responsibilities: –

  • Expand the UK Sales of UV inks & Coatings.
  • Manage project goals, tasks and timescales on a variety of short, mid and long-term projects.
  • Provide technical guidance, assistance and training on products to UK and international customers and other business functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key individuals within our customers organisations.
  • Collate, analyse and report technical data to other areas of the business and customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Some International travel will be required albeit the main focus will be on the domestic market place.
  • Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director.
